Translucent Ceilings

As the subjects notes...Is there any way to make translucent ceilings?Like applying linedef action 208 to a ceiling or something?
Substitutions are also appreciated.
Also I'm editing with Skulltag;doom in hexen format.

Be aware that Skulltag doesn't support 3D floors in online modes. If you're making for multiplayer usage, you'll probably need to rethink that.

A warning if this is for Skulltag that 3D floors are entirely broken in multiplayer. (Intentionally done since 3D floors won't appear in software.) If you want a software-friendly method try thinking with portals. However they are a lot more limited and trickier to work with.
