The first time I came across that was in a written joke memo that was circulating at a place where I used to work a long time ago. That makes it something like 1991,92.

Yeah, that's really old. I once read an essay on the history of all the major curse words. It was pretty interesting. Apparently, Fuck was a surname in England a long time ago. o_o

Too bad FUCK can't make an acronym... Barely any non-English language has common usage both of C and K.

Heh, so it seems that the idea that it's an acronym comes from a boxer... who probably came up with it after receiving too many punches in the face. The Wikipedia Fuck article includes various versions of that acronym under its False etymologies section.
