Looking for a WAD with a lot of action

Im looking for wads with a lot of action in them? (NOTHING like KDIZD i don't want to have to do any thinking just run and gun kind of thing sort of like an arena wad or somethign like that (i.e Nuts ))

Not so sure about that; AV and HR require strategic and creative thinking. Though maybe a few of the maps would be about right... AV14, HR22 and HR25 are examples perhaps.

A search of the forums for "slaughter wads" might yield some useful results. (Belial went through a phase of demoing a lot of slaughter maps, so you could check which ones he chose.) Squares (1squares) by Costa Lappas is a nice one to get stuck into. And then there are the Casali classics, Seej and Punisher.

Yeah as Grazza said wads like HR, HRII, AV and such require tactics.
Same for Death-Destiny's maps.

If you want non-stop action, you can try Armageddon 2 for Skulltag.

TimeOfDeath's maps also require Rocket-Jumping abilities, but you can play them the normal way too I guess :)
Try his last one, Seaburt, you won't be disappointed.

I'd imagine Super Sonic Doom has a lot of action.

And yeah, Mancubus II beat me to it, I was also going to recommend the Action Doom series.

Also consider the ZDoom mod Cold as Hell.
