You too may fall victim to it. Those lyrics that still sound like something else, even though you know that they're something completely different? I know. I have a few myself I laugh at when those songs come on the radio/club. And people wonder why I laugh at random times... Misheard Lyrics seem to spur from exaggerated accent/singing style and just weird lyrics. Got Any Favorites? Mine are: "'Scuse me, while I kiss the sky" (obvious what the misheard lyric might be) "Hold me closer, Tiny Dancer" (Tony Danza? what?) "Lucy in disguise, with glasses" (why is she in the sky?)
