High DPI

Why is not Doom Builder 2 build for high DPI? See msdn for reasons why it should be. The dialog boxes need a re-implementation! Doom Builder 1 does not either. I wanted this issue to be fixed in Doom Builder 2 but it is not.

BTW if you use resources to draw dialog boxes Windows will do it. If not, in Windows API you use SystemParametersInfo and GetSystemMetrics to get needed values but I guess CodeImp know Windows API, right. I do not know how to do it in .NET sorry!
