Simplicity, anybody familiar with the music in this wad?

So, is anybody familiar with the music in this wad? The readme has TeamTNT, 3DRealms, and Epic Megagames listed under credits for music. Specifically I would like to use the music from maps 12 and 16 in one of my wads. I don't know where to find the music though, or if I need permission to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
