Yes. Although I'm sure you can generally set the games themselves to use a specific video mode. For Keen games however I recall that there were special CGA versions released for some of them, they never had that all-in-one Hercules/CGA/Tandy/EGA deal of older games, so running EGA-only versions with the adapter restricted to CGA will just fail miserably. You need to get the special CGA versions of anything that catches your fancy. 0 Share this post Link to post
