Looking for original versions of exec.wad maps by Justin Saunders

In exec.wad, the text file makes reference to the fact that there are a number of maps in exec that are based on earlier maps:

I am, in particular, looking for the original version of MAP12, which I believe goes by the name of t2k98.wad. However, the original versions of any of the maps made by Justin Saunders aka DOMiNiON would be appreciated, namely MAP02, MAP03, MAP06 in addition to MAP12.
