Hello+Resources?

Hello, long time doom player, first time modder here =)
I was wondering, is there any sites out there that has resources for custom monsters? That is, sprites for overwriting the original sprites.
I got all the tools, it's just graphical resources I cannot find.

I'm sorry if it's a dumb question, I really don't wanna tick anyone off for posting this in the wrong place or something like that.

Not to mention some of the monsters there are frankenstein mish-mashes and lame combinations.

NO. I like the cacolord. But it's not usable, because I'm pretty sure even right now the attack frames lack side animations.
