Resizing sectors?

In DB1, there was a button up top to resize sectors. (I used this often for round sectors). However, I see no such button now, so I am wondering if there is still an easy way to resize them? I could be missing it, just want to be sure.

Make your selection and press E to go into Edit Selection mode. It lets you move, flip, resize, align and rotate your selected objects.
