Took about 4 hours to do, could probably have done better with the final two rooms but meh, I'll work on them if people like it. Soundtrack will probably be familiar for people who played golden sun ;) oh and I did test in prboom 2.5.1, I just forgot to put it in the txt and I don't want to re-upload it for 2 words. ArmouredBlood Posted September 5, 2009 Ya I was being kind of sketchy in using map02 for a doom1 remake, but it was more a cyberdemon fight in the tower of babel than a complete remake of e2m8. ArmouredBlood Posted September 5, 2009 Too bad those lighting effects are from skulltag's dynamic lighting on light sources =/ I could open up skylights for the torch pedestals too but it'd look kind of weird. And thanks for the comments krispavera, I was thinking of adding a crusher room too to make the final confrontation less of a strafe-fest, but lost interest and made the final room. Also wadhost seems to be undergoing maintenance, got a 500 internal server error when I tried to access it but I could still dl through links, so not sure what's up.
