No offence taken. Now when I come to think of it, it should be pronounced the way I was taught ("hreh" - or whatever it was excactly) in all other cases than when the 'g' isn't placed in front of the vowels 'o', 'a' or 'u'.

After all, it is a loooong time since I took Spanish lessons, and I've later been too occupied with my English and German (and other things in general) to give the little Spanish I learnt much thought.

Yeah, they do. Not quite as big as the Engineering/CS department, but still pretty good, I've heard. I know all the Quake events are handled by the Humanities department, FYI.
