Does anyone out there know if an MP32MIDI converter exists? because I have a ton of mp3 files that I wish to convert to midis so i can use them in my wad. k thx

The best solution would be to look for a MIDI from the very beginning. MIDI is data, MP3 is streamed data. There is a very high probability that the MIDI rendered from a MP3 sounds utterly bad.

With all the voice recognition, how come strictly instrumental MP3s have no utility to convert them to MIDIs?

Heh - voice recognition still relies on users training themselves to speak in a manner the software finds acceptable. I don't know what's currently state of the art with MP3-to-MIDI converters but suspect they still lag way behind what a musically gifted listener can produce.
