hex11 Posted September 21, 2009 Try swimming laps (alternate between all four main styles) until you're completely exhausted. Rest for 5 min, then repeat. Do this 3x/week. Focus on your style at first. Speed and endurance will come naturally after that. Later on, you can throw in some pushups, pullups (dead-hang of course) and situps or ab crunches after resting 5 min and immediately before your second set of laps. Oh, and don't forget to eat a balanced diet (avoid processed foods) and get lots of rest. Otherwise, you're just wasting your time and improvements will be minimal. If you do this, you'll end up with a more natural physique (and probably better overall health) than just bodybuilding. 0 Share this post Link to post
