I think it's gonna be a rather large HR style gameplay map ;) Few more screens. Who cares about those anti-symmetrical people. You see symmetrical related designs everywhere in real life. It will probably be the final base level in the wad... or even go into the MAP32 slot if I get 32 levels submitted. I might actually push the deadline into next year until I have received 32 maps. And then I will playtest each level, writing notes along the way of difficulty, theme and which map slot will be appropriate. I will probably also contribute a map as well. I was thinking a title for the wad. Something original like DEATHOOM or DEATHDOOM. Or maybe a name I used in the past such as Bella 3, Whispers of Satan 2, Twilight Zone 3, or 2010ADO.... ahh I don't know yet. 0 Share this post Link to post

Abyssalstudios1 Posted November 24, 2009 I regret to say that, while I wish I could have actually taken my map past the idea-in-DB2 format, I can't do anything for this project. Real life has a nasty habit of making me do things that I'm not very interested in, that also eat up gobs of time. Use only the doom2.wad texture stock. -You mean tormentor667 bestiary? So, no. Use the doom2.wad monsters, although it couldn't be a limit-removing (doom2+, chocolate doom and similar stuff) project, don't think? I just did this on a sudden brainstorm of inspiration, hope if I can turn it right. Any advice will be welcomed. Not a detailing expert but I would advise getting rid of that ceiling over that bridge so you could give the area a "darker" look.
