Starke Von Oben Posted October 12, 2009 How does one go about it? It seems that I am unable to delete unwanted patches I've made simply by deleting them in the patches menu, since they are still present in Doom Builder and the the Textures. How does one go about removing doing this? 0 Share this post Link to post
Antroid Posted October 12, 2009 I think "file->clean up" may help..? I believed it helped me and i've been doing it since and didn't have that problem anymore. Lots of other problems though.. Edit: but it still recognizes the patches from doom2 i made new textures with even after that, i guess it's supposed to work like that. Also make sure to delete the patch from pnames. 0 Share this post Link to post

GreyGhost Posted October 13, 2009 The PNAMES lump can be treated as a text file in XWE though bear in mind that if you're deleting patch names that aren't at the end of the list - along with deleting the corresponding texture entry, you'll have to fix the PID numbers in any textures that follow it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Antroid Posted October 13, 2009 Yes, the patch numbers will shift when you delete an entry so that they all remain in order, and you'll have to reassign some pids in textures. 0 Share this post Link to post
