Ultimate Torment and Torture had some cool 3D floor effects (for GZDoom.) Nimrod isn't for GZDoom, but it will run under GZDoom, it had some cool effects as well.

Hi-Tech Hell 2 is probably the best example what can be done with 3D floors.
