Recommended wads

Iphone Doom Classic sparked my interest in the game again...

I just downloaded PRboom, Doom 2 and Final Doom for my Mac. It's the first time in about 6 years that Doom has been on my computer, so what are some good wads that have come out since then?


I tried PL2. It is really good - Map07 pistol start was a total blast.

Community Chest 1 - 3 and New Doom Commutity project 1 & 2 are good megawads to try out. However if you want an insane challenge, try out Dues Vult 1 & 2.

You should try wow.wad. It's totally not pointless.

I'm pretty sure that back in 1977 or whenever wow.wad came out, illusiopits were probably a pretty cool trick. (See: invisible bridge, deep water)
