There are a couple of other options too, although I'm guessing you're not familiar with command lines and batch files...

You may want to look for a launcher. I believe you can find them in doomworld's utilities page

You need to read the readme files for the mods you are running and see which port they are designed for. Not every mod will run with ZDoom automatically. (Though most will.)

Requires : DOOM 2 (v1.9)
Doom Legacy v1.26 or higher (1.26 included)
should also work with later versions of zdoom
Approx 5-6 mb hard drive space
                        486 with 8mb RAM. (minimum)

ZDL is the obvious choice for ZDoom, LaunchTool also works well.

Oh ok. Is ZDoom built to accept Legacy stuff or is that just Twilight Warrior?

edit: Ni'mRoD won't work so I guess not. It's a shame, I want to play it with the music. :(

Legacy's most problematic features (FraggleScript and 3D floors) weren't added until 1.31, GZDoom supports them and is probably your best bet for running Ni'mRoD - OR - you could try something different like running Legacy 1.41 DOS under DOSBox. Twilight Warrior simply mightn't have enough Legacy specials in it to break ZDoom.
