I saw it here about six years ago. The link was broken even back then, so I emailed John Anderson about it and he sent me a single WAD. Nothing else was included. I did email him a few months later to ask if it had a text file but I never got a reply.

Does anyone have the full zip (152kb) to upload to idgames?

It wasn't the author who sent me the WAD. The old website I linked to belonged to John W. Anderson (Dr. Sleep).

I also tried to contact Antony J. Burden to no avail.
