SRB2 Doom Builder?

I threw this in the Doom Builder forum because SRB2 Doom Builder is an offshoot to Doom Builder.

I searched high and low for this particular program and all the links were dead. Does anyone here have a copy of this program stored somewhere on the internet? I would appreciate if you could help out a fellow modder mapper.
