And Fox is 10% news and 90% opinions, due to having to fill up a 24 hour news channel. The same problems crop up on MSNBC and CNN, which is why I just get my news from BBC's news service.

While doubling the size is no problem, adding names is. One solution I'll look into is html image mapping - placing a hotspot under each marker to display the member's name when moused over.

I normally avoid the political threads because I find arguing with people who have a fundamentally different viewpoint is a waste of time, but since so many people are throwing their hats into the ring, I will too.

Commentary on a few of the questions:

If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations.

I'd guess this moves me toward the left on the graph, but that would be incorrect. I oppose the existence of corporations(a form of socialism), but I also know that free trade and capitalism will provide the best results, thereby "primarily serving humanity".

People are ultimately divided more by class than by nationality.

Controlling inflation is more important than controlling unemployment.
