How I can linking light sources from DOOMDEF with textures (show for example lamp on the wall) ?

(I work with (gz)doom format)

What it is means with type "chance" in GLDEF's script "flickerlight"?
I did using only one frame.
Yes, I did know what is, but the function? Which number for how often?
