3D floors and light

GZdoom, Doom Builder II, 3D floor
I'm trying to create a dark tunnel. The problem is that when I change the light intensity of the sector, also the upper side of the roof changes its light, so that it is visible from a player walking over it. This wad illustrates the problem:
Is there a way to correct it?

The sector in the main part of the map will hold the lighting properties for the space above the 3D floor, if you're using the GZDoom types. The dummy sector will hold the light properties of the space below the 3D space.

And if you don't want that, set the flags argument to 1 to disable lighting effects from the 3D floor.
