Recommended Posts

Silly human, golf is not required in the omega-efficient city of the future.

Go play some videogames or something.

I guess all those times I stayed up until dawn playing SimCity don't seem so bad, now...

What was the goal to creating a 'perfect' city? To have the highest population while having the highest education, employment, and least pollution, crime, whatever?

Yeah what exactly does "mathematically perfect city" mean anyway, just symmetrically? Efficiency? It seems some mixture of both.

suicides? the citizen units are perfectly happy during their life cycle until terminated during their 50's, according to the graph at 6:39

At 6:39 in the video it shows a disturbing lack of anyone over the age of 60 in the city. Apparently the perfect city is the one from Logan's Run...

Yeah, kinda hated that there were huge cities who basically had huge ass buildings built wall to wall. The hell is that?

EDIT: Played this game when I was younger, and all I did was use a preset city, and just destroy it with hurricanes/fire/flood/alien invasion...

Neither have a lot of famous, important, or highly intelligent people.

This guy needs to apply his mad genius to some real world problems though.

I'd like to know exactly which important famous highly intelligent people you are refering to.

In ultimately efficient soviet city, libraries are not independent, but one large library with multiple buildings.

Some saints, a handful authors and a disputed claim for Isaac Newton? Hardly the most impressive list.

What's your point?
