Gez Posted May 14, 2010 buzzy said:How can you actually change the title? The title depends on the IWAD that is loaded. There are a numbers of IWADs that are recognized. You cannot add more since it's hardcoded. buzzy said:How do you color different sectors in my level or add some colored lighting? http://zdoom.org/wiki/GLDEFS http://zdoom.org/wiki/Sector_SetColor http://zdoom.org/wiki/Sector_SetFade 0 Share this post Link to post

I am making my own totally different game type. How can you actually change the title? Since "DOOM 2: Hell on Earth" is hardcode, you could change the actual title image. To change that image is quite simple. In a graphics program construct the image which is to become the TITLEPIC and save it as TITLEPIC.png. Usually the size is 320 by 200. Then, load your map into SLumpED, click on the icon 'New Lump from File' and select TITLEPIC.png. Something like this http://i39.tinypic.com/fdhd9w.png buzzy said:2)) How do you color different sectors in my level or add some colored lighting? help please Gez has covered the colouring aspect with the links. But for me to colour the sectors, you would have to send the map to me. :-) 0 Share this post Link to post
