cross-platform IWAD patcher

What it does mainly is patch the commercial IWAD to the latest version so people on windows,
linux, mac and every other platform can enjoy an up to date IWAD in their favorite port and OS.
To patch to the latest version either follow the instructions on the site
or in windows you can just drag and drop your IWAD on the patcher executable.

Another feature is that you can patch the IWADs to any other official version
(e.g. patch doom2.wad 1.9 to 1.666).

Apart from that i also wrote another patcher in JAVA that does the same as the one above.
So it will run on anything that has JAVA installed.
