Kirby Posted July 18, 2010 Banned from 4chan? Good news - you have arrived at the board that can solve all your problems 0 Share this post Link to post
Mr. Freeze Posted July 18, 2010 One time I made a troll thread in /tg/, and it turned into a interesting discussion. Fuck yeah /tg/ 0 Share this post Link to post
Sharessa Posted July 18, 2010 That's what you get for making a request outside of /r/. Mr. Freeze said:One time I made a troll thread in /tg/, and it turned into a interesting discussion. Fuck yeah /tg/ /tg/ is the greatest goddamn board on that site. 0 Share this post Link to post
Coopersville Posted July 18, 2010 You should be banned for that huge signature, if not for breaking rules 1 & 2. No, I don't really care about that. Anyway, I've never been banned on 4chan, because I just lurk 99.8% of the time and only post when I have something very relevant or funny to say. 0 Share this post Link to post
doomygecko Posted July 19, 2010 Hey at least you didn't do this: neubejiita said:/b/ is the pits of the Internet. I thought The Pit on ultimate-guitar.com was the pit of the internetz? geuss not 0 Share this post Link to post
Guest DILDOMASTER666 Posted July 19, 2010 banned from 4chan Oh no whatever will you do you retard 0 Share this post Link to post
Udderdude Posted July 19, 2010 I posted a link to a CUE splitter on /mu/ (music board) in a thread where someone was asking for a way to split CUE files. For no reason at all, it was defined as a "banned link" and I got a 24 hour ban from all boards. Conclusion, fuck 4chan in the ass. And here is the banned link for everyone to gasp at : http://www.medieval.it/cuesplitter-pc/menu-id-71.html 0 Share this post Link to post
AveryMaurice Posted July 19, 2010 Assuming 4chan is a fair place is already a mistake in itself. :P As for myself, I would never post a "serious" thread on 4chan if I expected something to get answered. 0 Share this post Link to post
deathbringer Posted July 19, 2010 Encylopaedia Metallicum is the REAL pit of the internet. Do these people not realise it's only a bit of fun? But anyway, i once got banned from 7chan for "X-D Randum", and before that was banned from some other one for "requesting CP" for ages even though it wasn't CP, as a visit to the URL on the picture's watermark would have told anybody. That ban lasted for ages! 0 Share this post Link to post
Sharessa Posted July 20, 2010 Apparently there is now a /vp/ board. Thats right, Video Games - Pokemon. D: 0 Share this post Link to post
Maes Posted July 20, 2010 The importance of a 4chan ban on the Grand Scale of Things must be lesser or equal to a mule taking a crap in a dry patch. 0 Share this post Link to post
Philnemba Posted July 20, 2010 Y'all know whats really funny? I've never been to 4chan and never will :P 0 Share this post Link to post
doomygecko Posted July 21, 2010 I've got a tip for you friend. when you get un-banned, put "waryas" as you name on the first post you make. It worked wonders for me when I tried it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Clonehunter Posted July 24, 2010 What the hell even 4chan? It sounds like a gay porno site from China 0 Share this post Link to post

Sharessa Posted July 24, 2010 Y'all done goofed. I've backtracked your computers and called the cyber police. Consequences will never be the same. 0 Share this post Link to post
GreyGhost Posted July 24, 2010 I've hacked your computer for use as a web proxy, the net police can't catch me. :P 0 Share this post Link to post
hervoheebo Posted July 24, 2010 Bans are being handed out very randomly (pun not intended) around 4chan- moot claims that moderators are global, yet it's quite obvious that some boards have far better moderation than others. From what I've seen, /r/ and /po/ are some of the few boards that haven't changed much in purpose and atmosphere over the years. Places like /news/ and /v/ are truly god-forsaken, for example in the latter it's not uncommon to see porn dumps reaching image cap and 404'ing from old age despite staying hours on the front page. Once in a while some mod decides to do a public ban to show "they're there" and vanish into boards unknown thereafter, letting the state of the board wither into the festering mass of chaos once again. 4chan won't ever be what it used to be back in the day, but it's probably the only popular English-speaking anonymous imageboard left, which is why I sometimes still go there. 0 Share this post Link to post
DuckReconMajor Posted July 24, 2010 I don't care, I like fruitybubbles's signature. Whenever I see it I usually end up listening to the song, which to me isn't a bad thing. As for unrelated stuff, when people would post crap in WoW's Off-Topic boards that was actually about WoW, it would get moved sometimes. Usually, though, we had to take care of it ourselves. 0 Share this post Link to post
Sharessa Posted July 24, 2010 Oddly, /tg/ has basically no moderation and at the same time is one of the most well-behaved boards. Still, it's a blue board where (mostly drawn) porn is common, and spam threads never get dealt with. 0 Share this post Link to post

I was banned from 4chan too. Just for shits and giggles I used waryas as my name just to see what would happen. 7 day ban and nothing of value was lost. 0 Share this post Link to post
