Skins, standing still sprites.

I've seen some skins in wads where a whole new sprite set is used for when the person is just standing still, rather than just freeze them in an awkward running position. I'd like to know if this is possible with just skins (and if so, how to do it?) or if I need to create an entire player class to get this effect.

I think Doom Enhanced had that. I don't have a link to it though.

Well, do you have any idea how it did this? Or somewhere I could find this out? The ZDoom wiki isn't helping me in this aspect.

Here's a link to Doom Enhanced and another to the project thread. I don't know if this can be done using sprites alone since the spawn state is usually the first frame of the player/monster's walking animation. Kinsie got around that problem in Doom Enhanced by creating a set of standing sprites and using DECORATE scripting to define them as the player spawn state sprites.
