the doom level riddle game

E4M7

No.

I'm still thinking of what your new one can be. The "eye" is confuting cause it can mean and invisibility spear, the evil eye decoration, the eye switch texture, etc.
Might have to think more before guessing again.

Here's one that should be easy:

Bodies hanging from the sky,
How that happens you don't know why.

E2M7, E3M1 or E3M9

UD:

Getting rotten between different dimensions,
even if the vines are blooming to live,
you're still feeling of taking precautions,
the important ones to get out of this hive.
A little mismatch of a thing may catch your attention;
previsions whisper that you'll end up somewhere eerie.

Alot of maps in the original doom had vines.
Especially in the third episode (my least favorite episode, actually)
This is real difficult, and being poetic doesnt make it any easier.

mmm, ok.

Theres a cyberdemon.

*they'll never guess.

E2 has a lot more vines than E3.
Actually, the only E3 level with vines is E3M6.

Doom2:
The walls fall down,
Design's obscene,
Imps attack,
In the maze of green.

OMG I know which one it is but not exact name.

Err, the walls had the waterfall-sludge texture, and there was that bit where you had to jump down a group of squared platforms.

Yeah, MAP24

I hate/love that map.

The part where you have to go across those skinny lil paths over lava was bad enough in single player, in coop...

ya know, its the only coop game on skulltag and zdaemon where I have rage quit due to getting shot off or pushed off by idiots.

usually FFA does that when a kid runs in mega-fast circles spamming BFGs every where.

E2M5?

The only clue I could find were the vines.

Not bad, but nope. The vines also feature other maps, and you should think of the "mismatch" as well - it featured several "weird" topics in the "Doom General" folder.

That is. The mismatch refers to the blue keycard opening a door with blue skull decoration around it. The "eerie" features E2M4.

"The Eye guards the Baron(s)" - haven't you found it out yet?

Final Doom:

I can't be precise enough,
how you do swapping between
dimensions in such da minute.
Once fleshy walls with rough
stones, but all becomes green
after, and bloodbath it's finite.

Worm holes?

From UD:
You run down the bright river,
heading towards the flooded hall,
But you stop at a rest point,
And push on a wall.

You find your way to a lift,
Takes you to something you saw before,
And afterwords you probably will,
Be craving for some more.

Wormhole was "time dimension jump", but it describes something else. My riddle is Plutonic anyway.

I'm not certain about yours. Maybe E1M8, because the push on the wall and the lift are in, but I don't remember any "rivers" and "flood" in it.

I have a couple of riddles to solve for this time:

Cell said:

In this place,
the main chance
is to fight Barons off.
Which ain't easy,
because you can see:
the Eye guards 'em.

This one is from UD.

I can't be precise enough,
how you do swapping between
dimensions in such da minute.
Once fleshy walls with rough
stones, but all becomes green
after, and bloodbath it's finite.

And this is from Plutonia.

And here's a TNT one:

It ain't be hardcore,
if only the walls of four
surround you in this dashboards'
heaven, slowly solving the cords.
But why to be claustrophobic? If
there lie ahead the green fields
of freedom; but wait, oh, it's pathetic.
You'd better descend till resistance yields.

Processingcontrol: E1M8?

Mill is okay. Are there any forgotten unsolved riddles of mine?

My first inclination is E2M7 but there is only one baron near the eye, not multiple as the riddle implies. :-/

Actually, I'm not always telling the truth. The riddle I've written implies a scene in a certain UD level in which you can see that exactly. I could tell what the scene includes and how it's looking like, but I would ruin the entire guessing as well, because it would become way too obvious then.

And not forget to mention: there are NO Barons in every difficulties. Only the hardest skill features multiple of them, but in Medium, the only one of them appears near the scene the riddle is about.

Still not right. Funny to imagine that this role was played vice versa and it's only a month since then.

Never mind. I will reveal 'em if you got tightened in guesses.

Is the baron riddle E4M2?

Nope. E4M2 featured several barons in all difficulties, despite being an early map in its episode. You see, I've given a hint some posts above.

Is it E3M3, Pandemonium? I remember several Barons, but not in the same area though (haven't played on the Nightmare difficulty though so I don't know if there are more in the spot I'm thinking of)

Oh yeah, somebody found it out at least. Pandaemonium it is.
The scene the last line is about is in the middle-east segment, near the "heavy water" secret, featuring MARBFAC3 with an Evil Eye in front of it. I've always had the impression it has a mystic symbolism.

Here's a new one from - to be diverse - Doom 2:

It's now time to defeat 'em,
the skulls and also the skulled ones,
with regard to the decoration there,
this area on that also serves puns.
Whispering blows enride, on spine,
throughout the halls of fire,
it's hard to be molten under,
when it's still yet frozen above.
