What's wrong with this picture? (Game)

Think you know all the classic Doom maps by heart. Well, we'll see. I am going to change, add, remove things from classic Doom maps, and let you all guess what I did from looking at a screen-shot. Here's the first one, hopefully not too hard. Try to use your memory, but if you absolutely have to open Doom to see, go ahead. The first one is from e1m1 and has four changes:

My first guess would be that you are playing in GL mode, but I guess that's not the sort of answer you are going for here o_0

The STARTANs look out of place.
I think you've changed the step texture.
That dead (non-gibbed) marine wasn't there before.
Those armor bonuses (I think) should be clips.

The body has been moved.
There is a brown block added on the very left edge.
The barrel has moved slightly right.

The column texture alignment is messed up and there's a hint of another column on the left edge of the picture.

Good job Vermil, you got 3 of the 5.

I didn't remove anything, change the brightness, or screw with the texture alignment. The armor bonuses are where they are supposed to be.

EDIT: There actually five things I did, I forgot. Yes, I did move that non-gibbed marine. There's one last thing that I did, it's kinda hard to see.

I see some brown texture on the far left edge. I don't know if that's just a 'glitch' in the screenshot or it's something else.

@Marnetmar: I just moved a few spaces nearer to where I took the shot.

@PRIMEVAL: That little piece of texture is one of the changes. Good job.

Okay guys. I'm gonna make a new one now. You all seemed to miss the extra clip in the hallway going out of the room.

I don't recall that dead marine nor those 2 crates in the walk area. Also, the textures above the door look odd to me.

Technically, there is five changes, not four.

Lack of imp.
Right stimpack added.
Something red behind the shotgun on the crate*
The third small grey crate that would be on top of the right one is missing.
The alignment of the texture above the door is different.

*I think higher resolution screenshots are needed for something this far from the player.

You're good at this Vermil. Got all but one. I already said the lack of imp wasn't one. I just waited for him to get out of the shot. I'll post the next shot at 800 x 600 if it would be better.

I suppose that red pillar wasn't there before.
Neither the rocket and the large brown tree in the lava.
The ceiling and floor of the window sector seems to be changed.
The green marble texture is offseted.

A branch of the dead tree is missing.

This is way too hard for me, I don't know all the Doom levels inside out. When I look at those pics I notice bad texture alignement, but it probably is just like this in the original maps.

Eh... I'll try again. Maybe the wall behind the (additional) brown tree used to be with the texture SP_HOT, not FIRELAVA.
