A Little Something For Halloween

A few months ago I was playing some old PS1 games and while playing the first haunted mansion themed level in Gex: Enter the Gecko I realized that I could make it in Doom. So I did. And right in time for Halloween.

There are a few things you should know before playing though.
Requires GZDoom. (This is my first time using ZDoom/GZDoom features.)
This was made to replicate a third person platformer which makes it a little strange for doom and the gameplay is also replicated, so it is not very exciting gameplay wise. This is mostly just for the themed environment and for the nostalgia, but if you haven't played the original game you might still like the spooky mansion feel.
Be sure to set the lighting setting to Doom because this is meant to be very dark.

Also, if anyone has the game I highly implore you to compare this with the original to see how well I remade it.

Cool. Though I think you made gex just a liiitle bit too slow. I couldn't dodge the invisible hell knights at a certain range. And didn't those red watercoolers give you health or something? Kinda needed music of some sort to give it the right feel too. Nice job though, could definitely tell the general shapes of the architecture were from the game.

When you destroyed all of the blood coolers it opened one of the exits from the level, but I know little about scripting and wouldn't know how to do that. As for the music I would definitely agree with you but I don't know how to add music, I just silenced it because Doom's music doesn't fit at all.
