Heretic EXE Editor

Well, I've been looking for a good solid Heretic EXE Editor to download however, I'm not talking about HHE.
I never liked HHE. I'm talking about one that works in Windows, not DOS. Is such an EXE Editor available?

Well, I'm not sure about greatest, but it's definetly one of my favorite games. :)

DoomBoy, have you mapped any Heretic levels? You might want to start off by doing that before fucking around with the source and stuff.

If your problem with HHE is that it is a DOS app (which does work in Windows, if I'm not mistaken), well then:
