Is it possible to take the midi files out of wads?

I've been wanting to learn Space Dye Vest on piano using synthesia, but I can't find the midi.
I first heard it while playing Claustrophobia 1024 on level 15 (I think) and I'm wondering if it's possible to take the midi file out.

You need a Wad editor like XWE (old), Slumped or Slade3 to take files out of wads.
