Un-animating textures

I just have a quick (probably stupid) question here... how exactly could I de-animate a texture like LAVA1 or any of the water, slime, or wastewater liquids. I have some lava waterfalls in my map and I think they would look better with the linedef scroll action if they were a single, unanimated lava texture rather than rotating between all the animations like other liquid textures do.

Is it done with commands in XWE like flat warping?

Copy the animation frame, which you think is most suitable for your purpose, rename it and load it into your pwad.

Yes, you can use XWE for this, or SLADE3, or Deepsea, or even SlumpED.
