Scrolling Planes

How exactly could I achieve this if each linedef can only use one action at a time? I'm trying to figure it out in order to make a slanted waterfall that scrolls the texture.

in zdoom there is a sector property that makes the sector scroll (201-224) (225-244, Carry object on the scrolling sector (not totally sure))

Sorry, forgot to specify. My map is Skulltag-doom in hexen format. So, yes it is ZDoom. Anyways, thought it was a linedef rather than sector property and got it working...it's always dumb things like these that stump me. Thanks a lot!
