Yeah; just look at the permission paragraph at the end of the readme. Where it says "people MAY use blah blah blah" or "may NOT use blah blah blah".

Personally, I'd consider that when they left it as in the template (and it reads "authors (MAY/may NOT) use" because they didn't remove what didn't apply) as meaning they didn't cared enough about the subject to object to reuse.

I've been tinkering with the idea of making ether a Doom Xmas theme map or a Heretic Xmas theme map. Not sure if I'll make one but we'll see.
