Nope doesn't work for Doom 1, its a high res skybox for Gzdoom.

With tweaking, I'm sure it could..also I mainly use Skulltag under OpenGL rendering.

Yay, The Mighty Pete and Jaj!

Though maybe these make Phobos and Io look a bit more scenic than is suitable.

Wow, most of skytextures are HD :D Xaser's favourie is good, but my favorites:

First is the Episode 2 skybox from my unfinished megaWAD project, Top Secrets of UAC. This sky texture made by myself :D

Second is from Newdoom Community Project 2 - MAP03. This sky texture and the incredibly good feeling of MAP03 are matches perfectly.

Now how about some Equinox!

Dark night sky (blues are weird looking because of Mutiny's palette).

The alien sky, here showing Jupiter and it's nearby moon.

Other half of the alien sky, where you can se Saturn.

The last ones remind me of the Serious Sam sky boxes.

I believe that's because they were made with Terragen, as were Serious Sam's. They get much less exciting once you see how easily they're made. :(

Serious Sam's sky boxes were made with Terragen? Cheap!

Dutch devil that's awesome! How on earth did uou do that?

I forgot, its a skybox I once made when I was still mapping for Gzdoom. I don't plan on using this though.

Hey, that's like the Doom 3 hell skybox.

Yep. There are floating rocks in the blue void. How interesting :D

BTW, it's from Doom: The Lost Episode (gives a 5th episode for Ultimate Doom)
