wildweasel Posted February 17, 2011 Quite a bit edited from an enemy sprite from NES Batman, this conforms to NES limitations (except the muzzle flash) of three colors plus transparent. I don't plan to make any more frames for him at the moment, unless someone actually wants to make an 8-bit-style, side-scrolling Doom demake. 0 Share this post Link to post
MmM Posted February 18, 2011 Pretty cool sprite edit--a sidescrolling DOOM NES game, perhaps in the vein of Contra or Super Contra, would rock. 0 Share this post Link to post
Coopersville Posted February 18, 2011 I think this is really cool, perhaps because it actually looks humanoid and not your typical Mega Man recolour. 0 Share this post Link to post

MmM Posted February 21, 2011 That Spider-walker boss thingy from Super C would probably make a cool Arachnotron/Spider Demon base to edit. 0 Share this post Link to post
StoneFrog Posted March 27, 2011 I like how you gave him a more elongated, defined Castlevania-styled appearance as opposed to some crappy hunched JRPG character recolor. 0 Share this post Link to post
StevieWolfe Posted April 15, 2011 This is really cool actually lol. I'd love to see a super 8bit mod with this guy in it, could be pretty neat :D 0 Share this post Link to post
