Frustrating problem adding my graphic

I'm trying to replace the "PISFA0" graphic in my wad,

I've gone into SLADE, exported the default graphic from my DOOM.WAD to a PNG,

Edited it with GIMP, imported the edited PNG back into MY wad under the same name (PISFA0) , converted it to a Doom Graphic within SLADE, but lone behold it just doesn't show up when i play my wad (I use Zdoom).

The texture I added by replacing the stone texture showed up fine..

What am i doing wrong? Please offer advice if you can i can't see what i'm doing wrong

Since it is a sprite, did you place it between S_START and S_END markers ?
