EDIT, if you're talking about the large space room then there's a switch opposite the second red door which opens the red door and another door to progress through the map. Honestly there's no way to get stuck i meant the big room where when you press a switch two blue pillar lower with a medikit and a box of bullet but maybe i badly checked i was semi tired so, i'll retry it soon.
