Recommended Posts

jeepers! Yeah, that's hard to look at.

I can still see it when I close my eyes.

You know, I checked out the site, intending to come back with a "that's nothing like as bad as such-and-such-a-site" comment, but I think this one is truly hard to top. Holy crap.

Incidentally, at a glance, I thought that the following image was a big steaming dog turd:

Upon reading the words, I realized that it was!

Well, he is a conservative. Perhaps he's against modern flashy Ajax nonsense and wants a return to the 1998 geocities style of webdesign used by the American founding fathers?

My eyes are bleeding

I went to his "Real American History" page to see what crazy shit he thinks happened, but basically everything was like:

Some crazy-ass politician said:

U.S. VIETNAM WAR Veterans, and those U.S. Citizens who supported a U.S. victory during the Vietnam War, {1959-1975}, in an effort to halt the spead of worldwide Communism, must be HONORED.

U.S. KOREAN WAR Veterans, and those U.S. Citizens who supported a U.S. Victory during the Korean War, {1950-1953}, have HONORED America, in an effort to halt worldwide Communism.

WORLD WAR TWO U.S. Military Veterans, and U.S. Civilians who experienced WORLD WAR TWO, {1939-1945}, who are becoming few in number, due to the passage of time, are very honorable Americans.

What the fuck does this mean?

Who said that these people shouldn't be honored? How is this fucking history? I don't think most democrats or liberals would disagree with the fact that they should be "honored," so why is he putting this as his "history those evil liberals don't want you to know." The only thing attacking liberals in this is that he says all the troops did was halt the "spead" of worldwide Communism, and of course all those evil liberal terrorists are working with the ghost of Stalin to help communism and socialism take over the world.

And we didn't win the Vietnam War.

Before carefully seeing that that picture is of a snake, I thought it was of the Tower of Babel, which would have been a bit fitting for that mess of a site...

That's a variant of the Gadsden flag, which a former marine like Hutchins should be familiar with. Damn shame to see it bastardized like that.

"Hmm I need a website... Yeah! My nephew knows about computers and all that! I'll give him 10 bucks!"

*Really, this is some nasty shit.

That was the site that popped into my head when I saw "worst looking website ever made", I remember going to it on Portal of Evil back when that site was good.

The one in the OP reminds me of my early websites, made in Word 97 (well actually so is my current one, i've yet to find a better 'free' editor) where i just used every single effect i could find.

It means "vote for me, suckers!" (i.e. same as every other politician)

I can't complain much about that site though. Sure it's gaudy as all hell, like a geocities homepage gone bad, but at least I can navigate it with Links+ (links.twibright.com). That browser does display images, but has zero javascript/flash support (and for good reason: those things are very, very bad on many levels).

I was not expecting something this bad, really. I wonder how he expects anyone to read the text without getting a headache after a while.

How is this one not posted. My favorite parts are the screnshots that show desktop.

I like the background with the repeated tiled picture of the blue man reaching his hand out, apparently to cop a feel.

Jesus what are these people doing? I swear, both links hurt my eyes. What in their minds made them think all that color would look good?
The first one is laughable at best, seems very poorly set up. But the other just must be a joke, no one could be that stupid to make a website that awful. Its like someone shot a rainbow into my eyes.
