Need Help

Alright, I've had nothing to do with any techinical computer stuff 'till recently when I started Java. However, I want to play ZDoom online. Could somebody plase explain the easiest way to do this and how? Type in caps so my Disorderly brain can process the information or something, because I feel retarted around technical stuff. I'd much appreciate your help. Thanks.
