Play sound when punching a wall in ZDoom

The solution to his problem may be simple, but I have no idea how I could get this to work. I have my punching animation completely finished in Decorate, but all I need is a command that ask if the player hits a wall (or an enemy) so I can finally play a fitting sound and make the screen shake a little. Like in Hexen.
I already looked in the decorate code there, but it uses a hardcoded command that I can`t use in Doom.

It would be totally awesome if someone could help me with this. :D
