Looking for a certain WAD

I don't know who the author is. No text file was included.

EDIT: I found the author. The WAD from his website is a later version.

Looking at this vid makes this thread painfully relevant. The architecture is okay, the new props are pretty, the texture theme works well, it'd be all very good -- if there were some light level variations, as appropriate for the environment.

Thanks Mad Butcher. Speaking of rain.wad by 5hfifty, It's a shame that it probably won't be released. I think I read something about a demo of it. Is it perhaps available for download?

I downloaded the wad, and it seems there actually is light level variations in the map, but for some reason everything looked fullbright in the youtube video.
