Asylum of the Wretched not working

Yeah so I downloaded Asylum of the Wretched.Pretty much everything works fine,except for the fact that monsters can't open doors.So basically I had to noclip the first room.Anyone know why this is happening?Is it because I am using a new version of GZDoom?

Did you install the .deh patch?

I used ZDL31 to load the .deh patch along with the wad.I guess that's not how it works?

I think you have to merge it or something.

There was a thread about this last month and it was confirmed that the zombies at the start wouldn't open the door in the latest versions of ZDoom or GZDoom.

But...do monsters have to open any other doors,or if I noclip from first room everything will work fine?
