Maybe try Skulltag's survival? It's like coop, only you can't respawn so you have to be cautious. I remember playing Alien Vendetta in this mode, was very fun.

you should play with respawning monsters. If you can come back to life, the monsters should to. Every map becomes a never ending warzone.

Server : the dwango-united ZDCTFMP that seems to be always populated. Play a couple matches. Roll 3 joints. Blaze 1 1/2 of them. Play.
