Remove Pistol on the first map? (ZDooM DooM format)

Hi! My question is, can i remove the Pistol in the first MAP (in ZDooM DooM format)? With srcipts? And sorry for my bad English, but i need you help! :(

Try this. You can't call the script from within the map, but you can use such script types as OPEN/ENTER/RESPAWN/etc that trigger when some sort of event occurs while playing the game. For your purposes, you want an ENTER script that triggers on MAP01 only, and makes use of TakeInventory().

If this is a ZDoom exclusive project, you might as well use Hexen or UDMF format instead, since you'll have many more capabilities. Doom format is pretty limited, honestly, it will prevent you from doing many things. (especially scripting related)
