Where can I get Sigvatr's contrast palette?

Hey everyone,

I was using the contrast palette (shown here) until my hard drive failed. So, when I re-installed Doom I tried to download it but now all the links lead to a 404 error. Does anyone have the final version (contrast3) or any of the other versions that they could post so I could get it back? Thanks very much
