Different real and rendered sector heights?

I just played Xaser & co's Lost Episode wad and the render trick at the start of map 1 was so cool! Is there a way to do this in DoomBuilder? If not, what's required?

What DB shows me is that the sector floor in visual mode is -1280, but in the sectors mode it says -24, which is applied to all play calculations except rendering. When I tried to change or replicate this DB will make effective and render height the same and ruins the effect.

I'm looking at sector 62 of E5M1 right on the player 1 start.

Thanks, that did the trick!

The DB2 visual mode is faithful to the Doom rendering, so it's no good for changing heights of self-ref sectors. Something to add after gameplay's set, then.
